என் அன்பு நெஞ்சங்களுக்கு,
எல்லாம் சில காலம்தான்.   மழலையிலே சில நாள்.  பாலரென சிலநாள். இளைஞரென  சிலநாள். முதியரென சிலநாள். பிற பணியில் சிலநாள்.  இறைபணியில் சில நாள். எந்த சிலநாளில் பிறர்க்கினிது செய்து வாழ்ந்தோம் ?   இருக்கின்ற நாளில் இயன்றவரை இனிதே செய்து இன்புற்று வாழ்வோம்.

“நேற்று என்பது உடைந்த பானை, நாளை என்பது மதில்மேல் பூனை, இன்று என்பது கைமேல் வீணை” . உண்மைதான் அதில் வசந்த ராகத்தை வாசித்துப் பாருங்கள், கசந்த அனுபவங்கள் காணாமலே  போய்விடும்.

நம்பிக்கை  உள்ளவன் எல்லா பிரச்சினைகளிலும் வாய்ப்பைக் காண்கிறான். நம்பிக்கை இல்லாதவனோ எல்லா வாய்ப்புகளிலும் பிரச்சினைகளைக் காண்கிறான். 

Electrical and Electronic equipment waste

According to a Study, by 2020, over 12 million tonnes of e-waste will be generated annually in Europe.  India currently generates 800,000 tonnes of e-waste, of which the unorganised sector handles more than 85 percent for disposal.
Given that the management practices of disposing of e-waste are outdated, the Government notified the e-waste (Management and Handling) Rules in May 2011, which came into effect from Man 2012.  This is the first step towards streamlining the handling, collection and disposal of obsolete electronic material in India.    The Rules lay down the requirements of e-waste disposal for all stakeholders.  By introducing the extended producer responsibility, the government has put the additional responsibility of collecting and channelising e-waste on manufacturers.
